2.3 液压回油滤芯单向阀失灵引起液压油过热从液压系统原理图可以得知，液压系统回油滤芯单向阀与液压油散热器并联接在回油滤芯的出口上（可参见PC200-5液压系统原理图）。其功用是当回油散热器压差在0.185MPa以上时自动开启，短接散热器构成回油通路。实际工作中，因该阀安装在回油滤芯底部，难以检查保养，加之个别操作者对液压油油质选用不当，长期不换油及年久失修等，使油液污染严重，导致该阀卡死在常开位置上（还有的擅自将此阀拆除），于是回油散热器不起散热作用，势必引起油温过高。在每次更换液压油时应检查此阀有否卡滞现象。2.4 液压油牌号选用不当或油质差引起油温过高近年来发生多起因选用性能不符合规定的油液或伪劣油后液压系统油温升高的故障。例如，误用粘度过高的油液，引起液流压力损失过大，转化为热能，会引起温升过高；误用粘度过低的液压油，也会引起工作液压泵及液压元件内泄漏大，产生热量；一些劣质油液，粘温性能差，易乳化和生产气蚀，折出气泡等，会在液压油高压产生局部高温并加剧元件的磨损。卡特240-6030液压油缸总成2406030
